We want to know all about your fitness journey so far, including the workout programs you’ve used or liked in the past and any particular workout regimes that have resonated with you. In addition to your previous workout history, we’ll inquire about the types of workouts you enjoy the most. Whether you love the intensity of strength training, the cardiovascular challenge of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), or anything else, we’re here to cater to your preferences.
